To plug in a 2004 toyota solara SLE you pop the hood and make sure the key is out of the ignition and plug it in.

You'll need a standard 5/8" spark plug socket. Get one specifically for spark plugs- the rubber boot inside will let you easily pull the plug out of its difficult-to-reach spot on the block. Simply remove the plug wire and ratchet the plug out!

Your spark plugs are going to be under the plate that says Toyota. You will pull that cover off and the spark plugs will be under that. You can use your regular spark plug socket.

First remove the engine cover. Then remove each coil pack. This should allow removal of the plugs. Install the new properly gaped plugs with a bit of anti-seize.
