Buy a new gasket kit. Remove the spark plugs, and then remove the valve cover. Remove the old gasket material; if it's the paper type you may have to scrape the old material off with a putty knife. Replace the gasket and reassemble.

The process should be pretty straight forward. Start by removing all the components on top of the cover. Then remove the bolts holding on the cover. Remove the cover and clean the gaskets surface. Then install the new cover and re-install the other components.

Remove the old one, and carefully remove the old gasket making sure none gets into the engine, then replace it with the new seal.

Take components off of cover. Take the bolts off that holds the cover. When you take cover off clean gasket surface and put new cover on and put other components on. Suggest to go to a experienced dealer or professional mechanic if you don't know how to do this kind of work.
