How do you replace a heater coil?

You will need the new heater coil,screwdriver,some wrenches and a clean container for the heater coil replacing process.Then you have to lift up the cars hood and locate the heater coil.Remove the screws and bolts that hold the heater coil and the disconnect all the hoses from the heater coil.

It would depend on the unit but most of them have easy access by the panel above the filter assembly. Once you remove this the coil will need to be unbolted from the water assembly. You will need to catch the fluid after removing the bolts. Once out bolt on the new one and you are good to go.

I guess that you do not know much about heater coils, so I would recommend you to ask professional to do this task, it will cost you around 200$.
