You cannot repair the bobbin holder unless you consult a professional. You can purchase a new compartment however at your local sewing store and then install it in the sewing machine.
If you are talking about the actual bobbin housing, you will need to contact a sewing maching repair shop. I seriously doubt if a damaged bobbin housing can be repaired.
