If the enamel is extensively damaged, or if the damage goes into the underlying material, it is best not to attempt repairs. However, for minor dings and scratches, enamel repair paint is simply brushed onto the damaged area with a small brush.

You can't repair it but you can coat it with more enamel. Put in another coat of enamel on the bath tub.

First you want to clean the area of all scuffs, dirt, and water stains. Use an old toothbrush and a water/bleach mixture for this. Then, buy an enamel repair kit at Home Depot or Lowe's. Simply follow the instructions on the kit.
