How do you repair an alto saxophone?

Find a music shop that repair one. It is better to get someone who is more experience to fix it for you. Or you can youtube the part you want.. to.. fix

Replace any worn or old key pads, make sure all springs work properly and no sluggishness of keys, check reed on mouthpiece for cracks or chips.
