Wheel locks can be removed with a special key, usually included with your car's spare tire kit. There's a special key to fit the lug you need to have removed, and if you no longer have the key there are two options. One: grind it off with an angle grinder or dremel tool. Two: take it to a shop.

Obtain a bolt that is the correct "key"for that particular wheel. This key may have come with the vehicle or it may have been supplied with the new wheels. Attach this to the tire iron and then you will be able to remove the tires.
