Silly putty removal is similar to that of chewing gum. Put the garment in the freezer until the silly putty is frozen—this should take about 20 minutes depending on how thickly the silly putty is distributed on the garment. Then, simply peel it off the garment. Also, you can use nail polish remover to take off any remaining residue.

To remove silly putty, try "Goo be Gone" or rubbing alcohol. Apply with a cotton ball and scape off gently with a credit card or other piece of plastic.

Lay the piece of clothing with the Silly Putty on it onto a flat surface and stretch the material until it is taut. It is important to have the material taut as it makes the process of removing the Silly Putty much easier.
