An old trick to attempt to remove ink stains is to spray the stain first with hair spray and let it sit for ten to fifteen minutes before washing.

To remove ink based stains on a t-shirt all you need to do is pour some detergent over the stain and leave it there for al least 5 minutes. Then wash the shirt at the highest water temerature that the shirt recommends.
