Water based ink can be removed when you place liquid detergent on it and wash at the warmest temperature recommended for the fabric, and for permanent marker use hydrogen peroxide.

As long as it isn't permanent ink, you can treat it with alcohol. Place blouse on a white towel, blot with a cotton ball soaked in alcohol until the stain is gone and then rinse the blouse in cold water. If ink is permanent, you could dye the blouse darker.

Ink makes a cloth dirty.If any dress gets dirty with an ink stain we have to spray hair spray on stain.we also have to dry clean our cloths.
