If the cushions are color safe, use a water-bleach bath to kill the mold, rinse thoroughly, then allow to dry. Multiple baths may be required depending on the amount of mold and some physical wiping of the surface may be required. Be sure to do this outside as bleach is noxious. Mixture is 1/2 cup bleach per 1 gallon water.

First I would power wash them off to get any major stuff off. Then I would soak them in a degreaser like Simple green. Then power wash them again. Keep doing this until they run clear. Then spray a bunch of fabreze on them so they smell nice and clean.

This is a pain. I rub them with undiluted patio cleaner on a rag, outdoors, wearing rubber gloves, leave them for a day, then wash them as best I can with detergent and water. There is a product (made in Holland) which works well, but I do not have the name to hand. We cleaned a tent with that.

Mold can grow on outdoor cushions if they have been left in the rain or cold. To remove mold you can use a combination of bleach and water.
