If you're removing molding too, do before attempting door removal. This releases hardware inside wall & makes easier. You will remove part of wall so allow for repairs to sheetrock.
Each hinge will have a pin running through the center of the hinge. Remove each pin by pushing it up from the bottom, probably with a hammer and set punch.
