Try using rubbing alcohol and rub it over the stain. This will work if the ink is fresh and hasn't seeped into the pores yet. It might dry out leather.

Use some paraffin or petrol or methylated spirit to wipe it gently with a piece of cloth soaked well. Scrub it bit by bit until all the ink is removed and re soak it when dry to ensure it is effective in the endeavor. Avoid roughness since this can interfere with the smoothness of the leather surface.

As far as I know there is no true way to totally remove ink stains from leather you can get them to lighten and in time they will fade but as far as total removal I have never seen that happen.

Most modern pen inks can be removed from a variety of surfaces using isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol. Test a hidden part of the couch first to ensure that the leather has been tanned properly and does not react. If the leather is ok, use paper towels and dab at the stain.
