Sponge ink stain with water, next spray the back side of the stain with hairspray, or apply rubbing alcohol or nail polish remove, blot with paper towel, apply laundry pretreatment and wash in warm water. Another advice is use Mr. Cleans magic cleaner to spot clean those inc areas. That should work

If it is a water based and not permanent ink, you can lay the shirt on a clean towel and wetten the ink stain and blot with a clean cloth until most of the ink is gone. Apply laundry soap directly to the stained area and let sit for 3-5 minutes and wash the shirt in the warmest setting allowable.

OxyClean laundry spray is effective on ink stains. The spray bottle is easiest to use (or you can mix the powder yourself) and is available at the grocery, Target or Walmart. Spray the stain and let it dry. Repeat as needed.

Many ways have been tried to remove these pesty stains. Try placing the shirts in warm water, getting them all soaked in, then blotting with a white cloth to remove stains.

You can try to fill a pail with water and put in the gel they make for automatic dishwashers and just let them soak for a few days then take them out andwash them as usual.

I've always heard that hair spray will remove ink pen stains from fabric. After trying this method try a good pre-treating stain remover and leave on for longer than the directions state. I would be careful doing this as it may harm the fabric though. If neither work, try rubbing the ink with Fels Naptha.
