Will vinegar work on an itchy rash?

Vinegar is not usually recommended for dermatological issues due to it's harsh nature. It can cause damage to the skin if overused. Instead, you should use a cream.

Vinegar may help soothe an itchy rash because of its acidity. However, an over-the-counter ointment containing antihistamines would probably be more effective.
