There are several ways to relieve pain in your right shoulder. You can use a heating pad and hold it to your shoulder for a while, or do some shoulder rolls, that should help some.
This depends on the cause of the pain. If it is muscle pain then physical therapy or acupuncture can be effective. If it is pain from a torn rotator cuff then surgery may be necessary.
The first thing you should do is to take a rest from lifting heavy objects. A mild exercise might do good by slowly rotating your right shoulder in big circles.
