It takes your body one to two months to regrow an entire eyelash. Use a lash conditioner instead of using mascara, Take extra vitamin a and b to promote the growth. Rub vitamin e oil over your eyelashes before bed. It's going to take time to regrow your eyelashes, just be patient.

The first thing to do is make sure the eye infection is gone. Your eyelashes will grow back on their own. Your doctor can probably tell you when that will happen.
