Find grout that is a close match to existing. use unsanded grout for 1/8" and smaller joints. Use sanded grout for larger joints. Apply grout. Clean tiles as you go.

First you would need to take out the old grout. This is very time consuming. Then apply new grout and work into the tile area. Clean the tile with a sponge to get all the grout off the tile. Let that stand for 24 hours. Then apply a sealer to the tile. Let stand another 24 hrs.
