Start with joining a credit union. Most credit unions will work with you on maintaining your regained credit status. They will issue you a credit card with a low interest rate and low minimum payment due.

A good way to do this is to get a cash-secured credit card. You can usually apply through your bank. This is low to no risk for the credit card company but will help boost your credit immensely. Then, after a period of time, you can apply for unsecured credit.

What you have to do is contact which one you have(Mastercard, Visa etc.) and get them to help you with reestablishing it.

You can apply for a per paid master card or debit card that will increase your limit when payments are made on time. There are also cards that will match your deposit with credit.
