The most effective way is to just simply decrease the amount of fat that you take in through the day. There are medications which collect fat and expel them from your body. Though those medications do have not enjoyable side effects, usually they cause diarrhea. The safest way is to just watch what you eat.

First of all you have to set a goal for yourself. Then you have to change your eating habits and reduce as much as you can the high on calories food. The carbohydrates have to be at a level below 30% each day and you should try having 5-6 very meals per day. Exercise is also a must.

There is no way to reduce fat fast. Even heavy exercising combined with a strict diet, which is not really good for your health, may show some good results soon. But even that would take at least 3 weeks. Then, I would not recommend but you could go for surgery.

Exercising and reducing your fat intake,not the carbohydrates intake.Also stop eating processed food and eat foods high in fiber.Also try dancing evryday or attending to discos
