Pay attention to their hand, face and body movements. The way they move may show if they are interested in something , if they're annoyed or if they are happy.
If a female is preening, like flipping her hair or playing with it, arranging her clothes, or other beautifying actions, that means she is interested in you. I would say angry body language is pretty obvious.
