You need to convert the movie to an AMV file. Once you do that you should be able to upload it to your mp4 player. You can find a conversion program on the internet.

Attach it to your computer via usb cable. The product should show up in Windows explorer like an external drive. You may then transfer movies to the device. Find your device on the philips website and go to software downloads and use the media converter if they will not load.

You have to first turn the MP4 player on and connect it to your computer via the USB cable. If it's a sync and go device you should access the Windows Media Player to view your gadget. If not you should be able to see it in My Computer, as a separate partition. the rest is easy.

i put movies on mp4 by converting them first to what format the mp4 player is accepting, after converting the videos i upload it to the mp4
