It is easy to add a pacifier to a purchased corsage. Select a complimentary color. Use fine florist wire to wire-in the pacifier to the center. Wrap the wire around the "handle" of the pacifier.
I would take a six inch piece of ribbon (pink or blue) and place the pacifier in it. Fasten ends together and fasten to back of corsage. Let it dangle.
