How do you program a UEI remote?

press power button, take down the codes that you want, press and hold the setup, press the dev setup, enter the number code, then light will blink on the remote the press the power button again if the device is off then try to test the buttons to make sure its working properly

Depends on the remote. Certain remotes have instructions included that will give a step by step guide. Certain tvs including RCA's will not work with an UEI remote.

Remotes are easy to program. You just have to follow the directions given in the manual. I can't tell you specifically because each remote has a different programming system so just try the manual please.
