The next time you have to urinate, try stopping the flow of urine without moving your legs. The flexing that you'll feel is your PC muscle. Once you've gotten the hang of controlling this muscle, try using it when you aren't going to the bathroom. Contract the muscle, hold for 5 counts, then relax.

To do kegels you need to squeeze the muscles that can stop the flow of urine. Try doing it the next time you got to the bathroom. Then once you find the muscle you can begin doing the kegels on a regular basis. It is recommended that they be preformed 20-30 reps per day and holding for 10 seconds each.

You can perform a kegel exercise by squeezing the same muscles you use to stop pee. Just squeeze and hold for five seconds and then release. By repeating this exercise throughout the day you will build the muscle strength and improve your sexual response making it more enjoyable and your body more firm.

Basically, halfway through peeing, stop. That's the muscle. You contract that muscle whenever and that's a kegel. You can also put your finger in your vagina and contract around it.

Kegels are exercises for the vaginal muscles to keep them tight. You flex the muscles much like other muscles being flexed only these are for the vaginal muscles. You can do them anytime anyplace. It is similar to pulling down on the lower abdomine when you flex.
