How do you overcome stress?

I feel stress all the time and don't know how to handle it.

If you have a faith, you will feel more peace. It is really good to set aside time for yourself to know how you are feeling for the day. Some people journal to become aware of their feelings and stress levels. Doing creative things and activities you enjoy will relieve stress. A healthy diet will also decrease your stress.

You had better spare some time for walk in open space and talk more to your kids. The beautiful scene and kids' words will make you relaxed. Or you do some exercise to make you tired. Singing is also a good way.
