How do you fix stress cracks in a plastic bumper?

You can fill the crack with bondo and then use touch up paints to make it match again. Make sure to sand the crack before and after using the bondo or the filler could pop out. To make it perfect again you will have to replace it.

If your lucky you may be able to sand them down and fill them in. The go back over and paint it.

First we have to grind the crack. We can use 3M solvent cleaner. Better way is to replace bumber. We can use some tape to hold it together.

If you are getting some stress cracks in your front bumper you will need to put the sealer to stop the cracks.
