How do you open registeels cave in emerald?

Assuming you've already unlocked the Sealed Chamber, go to the Ancient Tomb on Route 120, between Fortree City and Lilycove City. It's in the southern portion of the route. Go into the cave, stand in the center, and have a pokemon use flash to open the second room. Registeel is at level 40.

Just go to the diving spot on route 134 and then dive ashore. when you do, go ahead and read the braille sign and then put wailord as your first pokemon and then relicanth last. The cave should be open then.

First you need to unlock the caves. To unlock the caves you need to fist have a wailord (the evolved form of wailmer). You will also need a relicanth then go under to pacific log. After unlocking then go to registeels cave and read the braille message, go to the middle of the cave and use flash to get him.

From Lilycove, go Northwest which leads up some stairs. At the top, go north. Read Sign, then go to the center and use Flash to obtain the lvl 40 registeel.
