How do you open CBR files?

CBR files are comic book RAR files, and can be read like a comic book by the free application "CDisplay" in windows, or alternately opened by any program that can open a RAR file. "Feedface FFView" can be used for Mac users, and "Comix" works for linux users. Similar formats include CBZ and CB7 (Zip and 7zip archives, respectively)

Well a CBR file is a comic book archive file. So to read it you need a program capable of reading this format. There are quite a few free programs out there that you can download. Personally I use Comical but look around to see if there are any that meet your needs.
