How do you move wedding gifts from the reception?

The best thing to do is put a family member or a member of your wedding party in charge of this task. They can either move the gifts to your house (don't forget to give them a key) or the friend can store it at his or her own house until you get back from your honeymoon.

It is usually the job of the bridesmaids and best man to take care of details like this. Your family would also do it if you ask nicely in advance.

You will have to transport them in a car. You can do it in your car or a friend's car. Just make sure if you use a friend you get the gifts from that person.

Can't you ask your best men or the bridesmaids? If you and your bride have a place to live, give them a key and ask them to take the gifts.
