To measure for a bra you first need a measuring tape. First, measure around your body right underneath your breasts to get your back size. Then, measure your back and your breasts both to get your cup size and find it on a sizing chart to determine.

you can measure the bra size with help of inchtape .then you can measure the middile breaste size. this is the bra size.
