1) Find simple drawings of animals. 2) Using tracing paper mark a dot at each bend. 3) Photocopy your original and determine the path. 4) Number your original and photocopy.

Find a stencil of the animal and instead of tracing the animal use dots. It is really easy to do. You could also find a picture and trace over it with dots and then add numbers to it or letters depending on what would work better for the child. There are a ton of connect the dot pictures online.
