As with most How To related questions I would suggest a few things: First do some research, if you're going to do something yourself make sure it's as good as it would be otherwise, else just have someone else do it for you. Secondly, I would suggest purchasing a How-To-Book.

Wrist corsages are made just like regular corsages but they are attached to an elastic band so that they can be slipped over the wrist.

Use some ribbon and real or faux flowers to make a wrist corsage. Cut the ribbon the length of your wrist and twist the flowers around it.

Elastic bases available at craft stores - add a small bunch of flowers and greenery and crimp the metal clasp closed. Or wrap the bunch in ribbon and tie on.
