How do you make Southern iced tea?

In the bottom of a gallon sized jar place 2 cups of sugar, 3 lemons, halved and a gallon sized tea bag. Add very hot water to fill and let steep for a few hours. Remove bag and lemons and stir with a plastic, not metal spoon.

Easy. Boil water, put in four to six regular size tea bags, depending on how strong you like your tea. Add a cup of sugar per gallon of tea.
