These can be made with freshly cooked or canned salmon; fresh would taste better. Either can be made as flavorful as you want. Flake the salmon, add salt, pepper, and enough eggs to allow the mixture to form a patty; fry. You can add sauteed garlic, onion, fresh herbs, lemon, hot sauce, etc. to the mix for even more flavor.
