Tear newspaper into long strips. Mix white or Elmers glue with enough water to make it the consistancy of heavy cream. Blow up and knot small balloons, dip strips of paper into bowl of glue and apply in layers to balloon. When almost dry shape into egg shape. Jab with needle.

The easiest way I know to do this craft is to blow up small balloons and then mold the paper mache around the balloon let it dry then take a pin poke it through the paper mache and pop the balloon.

You can do this two ways. One is to use a egg and cover it with paper mache, when its dry poke a hole in the bottom of the egg and drain the egg out. Or buy brown paper eggs and cover then with paper mache. I use different color tissue paper and over lap the colors.

You take a empty egg shell and cover it with paper mache, or some people use balloons and then burst the balloon when the form has dried.
