1 cup peeled and chopped horseradish root
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
Put horseradish into blender with water until crushed. Strain off excess water. Add vinegar immediately, (soothes hotness), and salt. Mix well.
Keeps in fridge in jar 3-4 weeks.
n.B. very powerful, watch eyes.
