How do you make a swam out of a watermelon?

I believe you meant to say a swan--there seems to be a typo.Since no one else has answered this,I'll take a shot.First,cut the watermelon in half.Cut the fruit out of one half.Then,use the pulp as a base,then cut pulp from other half.cut a long head and neck shape out of that pulp,then make a slit in base , attach it.

That I think would fall under Culinary arts you hsould check with your local college campuses and libraries they would have the most up to date procedures or classes.

It takes a lot of skill and practice to be able to do this. Start off with simpler sculptures and work your way up. Search for How-to videos.
