Get fleece fabric in two colors that go well together, and lay them evenly on top of each other. Then make about four inch slits about an inch apart all around the perimeter of the fabric. Then, tie the to fabric pieces together in a tight knot all along the edges!

A no-sew blanket is made using two pieces of fleece. They should be cut to the same size. Place the two pieces on top of each other and cut 4 inch tassels 1 1/2 apart all the way around the fleece. Tie each tassel on the top piece of fleece to the corresponding tassel on the bottom piece of fleece.
