A great start to losing weight is to switch from sodas and juice to water and unsweetened teas. That change alone can really help to cut down the calories you are consuming. Another way is to switch to eating a healthy, filling breakfast. Oatmeal or an egg white omelet are great ways to fill up in the morning.

You need to go on a strict diet and exercise regimen. Try setting smaller incremental goals for yourself at first so it doesn't seem so daunting.

You have to look at the small picture first. Start by trying to lose 10 pounds by eating right and exercising daily and go from there.
