You are finding silverfish in your kitchen because they are attracted to warm, moist areas. You will need to check your pantry to make sure they have not damaged your items such starches, cereal, or sugars. You will need to check your home for leaks, draft areas, and then clean thoroughly. You will also need to use a bug bomb.

Silverfish love starches, proteins, and sugars. Vacuum regularly, paying attention to small spots. There are baits, dusts, and insecticides available to get rid of silverfish. Place boric acid around discreetly.

Eliminate any kind of moist, humid areas in your home as that is where silverfish tend to thrive. It may be neccessary to repair those leaky pipes or invest in a dehumidifier for this purpose. Securely store all food items leaving nothing to lure the bugs. If the problem persists, you may need to consult an exterminator.
