How do you install heat tape to your pipes?

Wrap the heat tape around the piping from one end to the other. Use a tie wrap to hold the begining and the end to the pipe and your done.

Wrap the heat tape around the pipes in a spiral fashion, keep a spacing of about twice the width of the heat tape between wraps and then insulate.
