How do you incorporate a business?

You will need to contact the Illinois Secretary of State's Office first. They will incorporate the business name with Illinois and assign a charter number to it.

You will have to file with the state of Illinois and apply for an incorporation for your business. You will also need to file an LLC and it will cost around 90.00. Within a couple of days you will receive a packet in the mail with your corporation name and the incorporation for your business.
