How do you improve you posture if you have rounded shoulders?

Try doing stretching exercises to help with flexibility and regular exercise to improve your muscle tone. Focus on your abdominals. Remind yourself to sit and stand correctly.

Stand tall and proud and put your shoulders back. Take a book and balance it on your head. Walk across the room. If you're having trouble walking across the room without dropping the book, you're posture needs some work. Try to be aware when you slouch, stop yourself. Always try to stand proud and it will become a habit.

Push your shoulders back and put your chest out naturally. Stand straight, sit straight with support behind your back. Don't allow yourself to slump forward. Strengthen your stomach muscles and learn to sit up when doing everything.
