Some modern kitchen sink faucet assemblies include an extendable sprayer hose as part of the faucet neck assembly (as opposed to a separate-sprayer to the side of your faucet).
Alternatively,
You would need to drill/punch/saw a hole through both your (metal)sinktop & countertop,
and tap the new sprayer hose into either your cold or hot water-supply-line underneath your sink.
