You should speak to your lender, and see if you can work out a deal where you will pay the balance due after they sell the car, however you will be responsible for the balance.

First collect all the necessary documents being provided by bank along with car. then contact the manager of the bank loan department. ask him about the procedure of submitting the car to the bank.

Well you should be able to contact your bank and see how they want to handle it. You will need to sign some papers and turn over the car.
