How do you go about replacing a 100 amp breaker at the pole?

Answer by  wmwitt (71)

It's most important to be sure that the supply to the 100 amp breaker is de-energized. It may be necessary to make arrangements with your power provider to disconnect the service. Start by verifying that the replacement breaker will match the breaker to be replaced in type as well as manufacturer and size.

switch of the feeder to this line, get your safety gears and replace the faulty 100 amp breaker with another one of the same ratings (100 amp)
