It may sound bizaare but one way to prevent the perspiration stains is to cut a mini pad to fit and stick it to the piece of clothing you are going to wear right in the arm pit. Also available are special pads sold to insert into the arm of the apparel.

In order to prevent getting armpit stains on your clothing you should buy the right deodorant. Get a deodorant that is proven not to leave any stains or marks on your clothes. Choose one that goes on clear.

You could try changing deodorants or when washing, apply soap or stain remover to the inside of the underarms area of your shirts. This will clean them and remove stains.
