There are many unknown reasons and vast health complications that can induce a miscarriage. Women (before abortion was legal) used to induce a miscarriage by douching with harmful chemicals such as bleach. Women would also use rubber hosing force it up there and flush it with scalding water to induce a miscarriage.

You mean an abortion? You can't induce a miscarriage. If a baby is born between 1-24 weeks it is a miscarriage. After 24 weeks it is a fetal death.

to induce miscarriage we can use some medicine such as oxytocin but it depends on gestational age but there is always a risk
