Put a small bowl of wine or apple cider vinegar next to the infested plant. The fungus flies will be attracted by the smell of fermentation and will drown in the liquid.

You need to find the source (which plant) the fungus flies are coming from. The breed around areas that overly watered or too moist. Let your soil dry out completely and refrain from over watering.

The easiest and best way to get rid of fungus flies in plants is not pour too much water for your plants, fungus flies thrive in moist conditions and the eggs and larvae thrive in moist soil, keep your plants dry with just the right amount of water needed, do not pamper your plants with too much water.

If you are having these fungus flies all over your plants then you will need to buy a specific repellent.
